General Rules & Guidelines:


GENERAL RULES

The Best Actors Film Festival is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition for viewing and promotional purposes.


The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to submit the film for consideration, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.


The individual or corporation submitting shall indemnify and hold harmless from and against the Best Actors Film Festival any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.


All Feature and Short Films must have been completed after December 2010


The Best Actors  Film Festival Committee reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any project submitted.


We accept all genres of film and video including, but not limited to narrative, experimental, fantasy, film noir, musical, western, sports, sci-fi, animation, horror, action, adventure, comedy, drama, dramedy, mystery, thriller, biography,  crime, parody, children's, etc.


All media received by

Best Actors Film Festival will not be returned and become the property of the Best Actors Film Festival and imaginative Productions.


SUBMISSION DEADLINES

  1. *Earlybird deadline for submissions is postmarked  FEBRUARY 18 $35.00


  1. *Standard deadline for submissions is postmarked by MAY 18 for $40.00


  1. *Late deadline for submissions are postmarked by AUGUST 18 $50.00


  1. *Extended deadline for submissions are postmarked no later than  SEPTEMBER 18, 2013 for $65.00


There is a Student discount of $5.00 for Earlybird and Standard submission deadline fees for each category.


No submissions will be accepted later than postmark of October 1st for the 2013 Festival.

  1. *Full Length Feature runtimes of 30 min. to 120 min.
